A quirky owl on recycled garden fork

A FABULOUS HANDCRAFTED OWL PERCHED ON AN OLD, RECYCLED GARDEN FORK .

Our owls perch, with their wings outspread on a branch entwined around old, recycled garden forks .

Total height varies from approx 1.10cm – 1.25cm depending on the  fork used . Please note that the fork will differ  to the photo shown.   We source old, individual garden forks from antique markets, auctions etc. therefore they are all individual. The fork prongs are scrolled into shape on the forge.

The metal owl head diameter is 6cm – this is hand beaten into shape and textured.  The 3 claws are made individually and then joined to make the foot.  Each claw is approx 3cm long. The quirky, spiral body is 18cm and total wingspan is 40 cm.

Solid, round 5.5mm metal is twisted around the wooden shaft  of the garden tool becoming a ‘branch’ for the owl to perch on.

A light satin varnish is added for protection.

The stake into the ground  is approx 20cm long.

Due to the weight and length Parcelforce will be used for delivery. Our owls are made to order therefore please expect at least 10 – 14 days until dispatch.
